Kylie Jenner Says Exchanging Hermès Birkins with Mom Kris Jenner Is Their 'Love Language'

Kylie Jennerand her mom,Kris Jenner, share a love of luxury handbags.

During an appearance on the Wednesday, May 13, episode of Jake Shane'sTherapusspodcast, the Kylie Cosmetics founder, 28, said that she and the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch have a tradition of gifting each other Hermès Birkin bags.

"Most of my new bags now are from my mom," Kylie told Shane, 26. "It's our love language. Christmas, Birkin. Birthday, Birkin. And we just, back and forth, back and forth."

"Isn't that beautiful?" she added.

"Well, when I spoke to [Kris] atVanity Fair[Oscar Party], she did say you were her favorite kid right now," Shane said.

"We have a beautiful relationship," Kylie replied.

In 2022, Kris, 70,gifted Kylie a rare Hermès bagfor her 25th birthday.

Ina videoshared to Kylie's TikTok, the birthday girl opened up a signature orange Hermès box in front of everyone in attendance. As she took out a new rust-colored purse, she exclaimed, "Gorgeous! I've never even seen anything like this before."

When asked by a friend "how many" of the bags were made, Kylie responded: "They made three of these," as she tried out the bag's zipper.

Kylie has made a habit of showing off herexpansive collection of Birkins.

In an Instagram carousel posted on Tuesday, April 21, the mogul shared snaps from what appears to be an impromptu photo shoot in her home — with her massive wall of Hermès serving as a backdrop.

"Can’t a girl have fun 🎀," Jenner captioned the post.

A handful of the photos show the Kylie Cosmetics founder posing on a couch while wearing a black bra and matching trousers. In others, she stands in front of a wall packed with Hermès Birkin and Kelly bags of various sizes and colors.

The post featured a snap of Kylie's luggage stacked in a corner. On top of a black quilted suitcase with the Chanel logo is a rare crocodile Hermès Birkin, which appears to be a Birkin 35. This version of the iconic handbag can retail anywhere from $30,000 to $50,000 or more.
